Participate in the events! (This is where you get your energy! The

events do the heavy lifting for you.)

The RESULTS will take care of themselves over time!

ACTION: NOTHING HAPPENS until SOMETHING HAPPENS!

Take action — Do the proper activities EVERY day.

Give consistent, steady effort over time!

Give a 3 to 5 year effort and you can be done for LIFE!

Section 2: Wealth Building Principles


PROFITS ARE BETTER THAN WAGES

Profits:

Owning your own business gives an opportunity to create profits.

Profits are better because:

1) there is unlimited potential,

2) they build beyond you, and

3) your income continues after your effort stops.

Wages:

Wages are what you are paid working as an employee for someone

else. Wages are not conducive to wealth because:


1) you exchange your time for money,

2) when you stop working, you stop getting paid,

3) you’re not paid what you are worth,

4) you’re only paid the cost for ANYONE to do the tasks you do.


KEY: With leverage, you can create profits. With wages, there is NO leverage.

LEVERAGE IS THE KEY TO WEALTH

If employed, how many people contribute to your income?

How long after you stop working do you continue to get paid?

How much passive residual income do you have?

“DUPLICATION” IS HOW YOU CREATE LEVERAGE IN NETWORK MARKETING

AND

“THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM” IS HOW YOU CREATE DUPLICATION IN NETWORK MARKETING


A “system-dependent” group can duplicate rapidly and sustain growth over a prolonged period of time.

Section 3: Team Building Principles

1. EXPOSURE IS EVERYTHING!

The more exposures, the greater the probability of finding someone who WANTS to join you in your business, AND would be willing to do what YOU did to introduce them to the business!

Do massive exposures using 3rd party:

a) Tools

b) People

c) Events


2. FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOW-UP!

Recruiting is a “process,” not an “event.”

Use a 3rd Party Expert (Your Upline) to help take your

prospect through a multiple-exposure process.


3. WORK WITH THE WILLING!

Work with coachable, teachable people.

Work with those who follow the system.

Building a Team in network marketing is a “process,” not an “event.”

It takes multiple exposures in most cases for someone to see and

appreciate the opportunity.


It is a “sorting” process, not a “sales” process! We are in the sorting

business, not the convincing business.

When you share the Vemma opportunity using 3rd-party tools, people and

events, those that see the opportunity AND can see themselves becoming

a part of Vemma (as a Brand Builder) will become apparent.

Each individual that you share Vemma with will have to answer “yes” to the following questions in order for them to move forward and join your team.


This is why it is so important that you follow the system of 3rd-party

exposures to maximize the number of people who will say “yes” to these

important questions.

Can I do this? YES!

How you introduce someone to Vemma is critical! They must be able to do

what you did with them, immediately with someone else.

Would I do this? YES!

Your introduction to Vemma must also be tasteful! It must be something

most people would feel comfortable sharing with friends, family, coworkers and others.

Would I have TIME to do this? YES!

They should feel that it would be easy and not time-consuming to share

the information in the manner that it was shared with them, without a long learning curve.

Can I teach others the same exposure process that was introduced to me? YES!

The key to success in Vemma is “duplication!” Everyone must feel that they can duplicate themselves with the system. They need to think, “Yes! I can teach others to
do this simple system; therefore, I can help others build teams, too.”

Your team will do what you do as a leader. You follow and teach the

system and they will do the same. A team that is system-dependent can

flourish and grow to massive size.

Those that try and short-cut the system, reinventing the wheel, or do it with personal power, will never build a large organization.

You want to focus on being the model of what you want your team to do.

Section 5: Developing yourself as a Leader


When building your organization, focus on yourself, and develop your

leadership skills. We all learn four ways, and we all need to be in a constant learning and growing mode.

The four ways we learn are:

Learned Knowledge ~

This is the classroom environment.

Team Systems Training Classes, Conference Calls are some examples of how we acquire learned knowledge.

Activity Knowledge ~

This is where the rubber hits the road. Emerson said it best: “Do the

thing, gain the power!” Do the activities: share the video from your website, talk to people, do 3-way calls! The activities will make you grow!

Remember, you can’t teach what you don’t know, and you don’t know if you don’t do!

Modeling Knowledge ~

This is where you pick someone (or more than one person) you respect,

and want what they have. Then it is 100% all right to copy what they do!

It can be someone in your upline or someone else who is successful in

Vemma. It can also be a Personal Development speaker that you can learn from and want to emulate.

Make sure that the person you model will be the right one to effectively take you to your goals.

Teaching Knowledge ~

This is the last of the 4 ways to learn. When you are preparing to teach someone else, it
forces you to get clear on what to do and how to do it.

It makes you better because you can’t teach what you don’t know or haven’t done. It makes you review your own success. It makes you ready to be a better model for others to copy.


Section 6: Ten Core Commitments


In Vemma, like any other business, there are specific activities you need to do and events you need to participate in to maximize your success.

If you take to heart the following Ten Core Commitments, your success in Vemma will certainly be enhanced!

These are all simple things that are easy to do! They are also easy NOT to
do! If you and your leaders strive to master all TEN on a consistent basis over the next 1, 2 and 3 years, your team will grow and prosper beyond your wildest dreams!
Remember, they are simple! Easy to do! Easy not to do!

Success comes from consistent steady effort over time!!!


1. Complete the “Roadmap to Success” Action checklist with your Team Leader.

2. Commit to the “Your Goals!”

3. Commit to sharing the Vemma video’s and do 2-3 Exposures a day
(part-time) 5 -10 exposures a day (full-time)

4. Launch your Vemma Business with a Grand Opening Tasting Party.

5. Do weekly Business Briefing’s.

information, attend conference calls, and follow the simple system of duplication.

7. Plug into Corporate Events - Nightly Live Calls & the National Convention

8. Commit to Personal Development-- 30 minutes per day.
Read or listen to Personal Development material.

9. Get a Work-out Partner.

10. Do numbers 1 through 9 for ONE YEAR!
