I do appreciate the use of people figures in the comp plan diagram. However, I think a comp plan should be understood at first glance.

The compensation plan is a 2/3 - 1/3, 6-3, binary compensation plan that pays $20 per cycle. Whenever 6 bottles move in one leg and 3 bottles move in the other leg, you earn $20. You also make $5 from each order placed by the folks you personally enroll and $16 for retail sales for the first bottle and $8 a bottle thereafter to an individual.
